If you have a second Gmail account you can access both accounts using either the Gmail app or the built-in Mail app in iOS. Let’s start with the Gmail app.
Two Accounts in the Gmail App
To add a second Gmail account to the Gmail app, simply click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and choose Add Another Account. You’ll be asked the type of account you want to add.
It’s worth bearing in mind it doesn’t have to be a Google account, you can use the Gmail app to manage a variety of different email accounts.
You’ll then need to provide the username and password of your second Gmail account. Once you’ve provided the credentials that’s it. You’ll be logged in and taken to your inbox.
You can easily switch between accounts by clicking on your profile picture again and selecting the other account. If you want to view the inbox of both accounts on the one screen, click on the menu icon, and choose All Inboxes.
When you reply to an email, Gmail will use the account the email was sent to as the sender. Otherwise, if you compose a new email, Gmail will use the account you are currently using as the sender address.

Using the Native iOS Mail App
You can add additional mail accounts by opening Settings and choosing Mail, followed by Accounts. Click on Add Account and choose Google. Again provide the username and password of your Gmail account and decide whether you wish to use the account just for mail or also for contacts, calendar entries, and notes.
Staying in Settings, you can change how your account is displayed by clicking on the account name and renaming the description. And that’s it! When finished, click Done and if you open your mail app you’ll see your two Gmail accounts.
